We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic Restaurant Onboarding and Success Manager to join our passionate team focused on helping restaurants adopt our technology and optimize their payment processes. It’s an exciting challenge, and we’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and building lasting relationships!

What to Expect:

As a full-time Restaurant Onboarding and Success Manager, you’ll be the face of FasTab to our restaurant partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience from day one. This is not your traditional Mon-Fri 9-5. You work when our partners work! You’ll be responsible for onboarding new restaurants, training management and staff on using FasTab, and providing ongoing support to ensure they meet their transaction KPIs. You’ll build strong relationships with restaurant teams and ensure they get the most value from our platform.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and technology, has a knack for building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. You’ll be excited about helping restaurant teams improve their operations and eager to tackle challenges head-on.

  • 3+ year of experience in restaurant operations, customer success, or onboarding roles
  • Passion for hospitality tech and helping restaurants succeed
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with experience working with management and staff
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of POS systems and related integrations
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple restaurant partnerships simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to turn a challenge into an opportunity and always ready to go the extra mile
  • Willingness to travel while helping to onboard, and train restaurants and their staff across North America

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding for new restaurant partners, including POS integration and setting up the FasTab system
  • Train restaurant management and staff on how to best use FasTab for maximum efficiency
  • Actively monitor restaurant performance and KPIs to ensure they’re hitting transaction goals
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting any issues that arise and offering solutions
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with restaurant teams to ensure their continued success
  • Collaborate with the FasTab team to refine onboarding processes and improve partner satisfaction
