How do guests use FasTab?
FasTab is quick and easy for guests to use! They simply scan a QR code assigned to their table and are instantly able to see your menu, their live tab, and have easy access to FAQ's should they need.
Guests can only see their tabs once the server has punched the order into the POS system. Once the orders have been punched in, guests are in complete control over their payments and more importantly their time. Servers are now able to assist the guests who may have just sat down, had another question, or to help seat new guests.
Is FasTab an app?
No FasTab is not an app! We did that on purpose. Apps require downloading and configuring to happen.
With FasTab, all a guest at your restaurant has to do is scan the QR code while using wifi or data and they will immediately be brought to their live tab so they can pay and you can offer them a better dining experience.
What Point of Sale (POS) do you support?
FasTab is currently supporting many major POS systems and adding new ones as we speak!

What does FasTab cost to use?
FasTab has ZERO monthly fees! We believe in giving restaurants a product that cannot charge them unless it is being used.
FasTab only charges your restaurant a small percentage of each transaction which means you only pay for a service that and your guests use!
How do I set up FasTab?
You do not have to worry about any setup! Once you reach out to us, our team will go to work easily integrating with your POS system and can have FasTab available to your guests within 7 days of signing up!
Does FasTab replace my debit terminals?
While we do not like to ever tell a restaurant what to do... We most definitely believe FasTab can help you remove excessive payment terminals and allow you to cut down on terminal fees, paper costs, and most importantly save your servers and your guests time!
